OTR Dry Van Drivers Drivers average $1,750 per week* Base pay: 47 CPM Earn an additional 17 CPM in safety & performance bonuses Get home weekly to monthly, depending on location Additional pay for weekend availability ( Weekend Warrior package) More than 60% drop & hook Primarily operating in the Midwest Up to $7,500 driver referral bonus (OTR only) Company Driver Benefits Equipment: 2024 and newer Freightliners & Kenworths equipped with APUs & upgraded trim packages Medical, dental, & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Health savings account Company-paid life insurance Paid holidays and time off Paid orientation $100 clean inspection bonus Pet & rider policies Quarterly bonuses *Pay varies by experience level and production.
