Job Description:
Duties: Plan, organize, and control assigned product line from
conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize
profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.
Participate in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, development, and manufacturing
coordination. Manage day-to-day progress of product. Provide technical expertise and training to other departments.
Conduct marketing research and analysis in different key regions to develop product definition. Collaborate with
variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide
product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities. Lead customer insight analysis to
identify customer needs and validate new product propositions. Develop and maintain a prioritized list of market
requirements for products. Provide financial and technical justification for product selection and definition.
Prepare product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market.
Conduct market research and identify and track market trends. Produce competitive analysis materials comparing
products with its key competitors. Determine, establish and maintain overall product strategy, research and development
requirements, marketing, and manufacturing coordination for new, existing, and emerging products. Coordinate with
various departments and maintain various customer and product market information. Manage product from development to
introduction to market, through appropriate exit strategies. Maintain communications and contacts to
collect/analyze technical, financial, schedule, and sales information for product line. Work with cross functional groups
through product development cycle. Managing 25 international KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to establish long term
relationships with doctors and university institutions and collect clinical feedbacks on current and potential new
products to be reflected in the new product development process. Present reports to upper management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or
related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus seven (7) years of experience product management and/or
marketing. Experience must include: Two (2) years of product management in the Dental Restorative
industry with strong knowledge of European and American markets involved in developing sales and marketing
strategies, building relationship with international Key Opinion Leaders and Universities, creating and delivering
marketing materials including in-vivo clinical articles,
product demos, marketing collateral, and digital marketing, to support
new product launches; Providing product training to commercial team on composite resin and bonding agent resin
materials.; Generating voice of the customer through focus groups and customer surveys and analyzing dental
consumables sales and market in both North America region and European markets to be reflected in the new product
development process.; and Applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical
