MERS-Lien Release Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team
of representatives performing the MERS and eNote registration and
transfers. In addition, the MERS-Lien Release Supervisor will also
oversee the lien release process, including but not limited to
vendor oversight, exception management and problem resolution.
Administer policies and procedures for mortgage loan servicing,
processing or operational functions to ensure compliance with
various state, federal, investor and corporate requirements. Manage
and monitor work flow for assigned personnel, sets expectations and
deadlines to ensure monthly production goals are met. Provide
superior service to our customer base as well as internal staff.
Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the
company's policies and procedures, all U .S. state and federal laws
and regulations, wherein the company operates.Responsibilities:---
Knowledge of MERSCorp Guidelines, including an understanding of the
MERS eRegistry process--- Understanding of lien release process,
while ensuring satisfactions are processed within state regulated
timeframes--- Manage a team, to include hiring and training ,
motivating, coaching, performance managing, and achieving monthly
production goals--- Responsible for handling escalated issues and
coordinate with appropriate internal and external resources to
provide resolution--- Conduct monthly one on one sessions with
staff; provide coaching and mentoring feedback for
growth/development opportunities--- Facilitate team meetings and
various conference calls. Generates correspondence and reports,
provide support to department manager and carries out assigned
duties and projects.--- Partner with other departments to develop
strong cross -functional processes--- Ability to meet deadlines on
time sensitive projects and present to management and serve as an
exemplary example for team members--- Promote employee engagement
through motivational techniques, run performance contests, and
serve as an exemplary example for team members--- Performs other
duties and projects as assigned.--- Responsible for approving and
managing timecards. Assists in coaching and developing; delegates
work to ensure optimal team performance; handles escalated issues
with support from senior management.--- Treats people with respect;

responsibility for own actions.--- Demonstrates knowledge of and

are applicable to employee's own actions and conduct.
- High School Degree or equivalent required and a minimum of
three (3) to five (5) years' experience working in a similar
- Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
- Experience with Black Knights MPS Servicing System
- Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and
responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations
and laws as they pertain to this position.
- Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer
operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited
to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages;
balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units
of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals;
locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and
percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the
immediate work unit and cross functional departments.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short
-term and long-term basis.
