Excel proficiency is a must Duties and Responsibilities: • Review
new purchase agreements to verify completeness and compliance with
• Process Sales Order in ERP and CRM system.
• Reconciling ERP and CRM system on a weekly basis.
• Prepare and post sales related expenses.
• Process credit card payment requests (occasionally on
• Keep track and follow up on special agreements.
• Assist in preparing monthly analysis to management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS
degree in accounting a strong plus).
• Minimum of 2 years work experience with accounting related
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, advanced knowledge of
MS Excel preferred.
• Experience with ERP and SalesForce.com system preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
