Posted: 04/02/2021 Employment Type: Direct Placement Category: Customer Service Representatives Job Number: 89132 Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSProcess and schedule new Service Work Orders using the company' s order processing system (CRM)Prepare and Process Service Quotes, Service Orders and Service ticketsProcess Sales ordersLog Technicians' check in/checkShip product to meet Service scheduleInterface with Field Services Engineers, third-party Technicians, General Contractors, Electricians and Tile vendors to complete Service Work OrdersUpdate Customer of Service status as required by accountReview technician Service paperwork to confirm Service is completed and correctCommunicate and interact with Account Managers to revise purchase orders and NTE as requiredUpdate Customer card and System Monitor date in company' s ERP system for each device replacedPull data from Gatekeeper Systems' Monitoring OnlineFollow up on Service Work Orders to make sure they are on scheduleProcess return labels and RMA' s for unused productVerify vendor invoices for accuracyPerform Required Functions in Customer Online PortalsPost new Service Orders in Company' s order processing system upon completion of the jobAttach required documents and process Service Orders for invoicingCreate and monitor reports as requiredQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
