The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing direct assistance to the Site Manager in general administration and secretarial/ clerical functions.Who We Are:Solari Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management company that specializes in multifamily affordable housing.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the Site Manager with property operationsPrepare and maintain resident filesAssist in showing units and screening applicantsAssist with scheduling vacant units for refurbishingAssist in the collection of rents and monies due to the propertyRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in property managementMinimum of 1 to 2 years of administrative experiencePossession of a valid California driver's licenseProof of auto insuranceReliable transportationStrong commitment to excellence and attention to detailExcellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendorsComputer skills and experience of Microsoft Suite productsPreferred Qualifications:General knowledge of Fair Housing, 504 ADA, HUD and Section 42 regulationsExperience with Yardi SystemsCompensation:PTO (Holidays, Vacation and Sick)Medical, Dental, Vision, and lifeMatching 401kEOE
