Job Description:

At this time an IT End User Computing Supervisor is needed to lead a team of technology support staff which are responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting computer issues, fulfilling service requests, imaging and preparing laptops and desktops, and assisting other IT resources in project specific support needs. This individual is a front-line supervisor and will apply current industry best practices related to support processes and procedures.

Essential Functions:

ITIL Foundations Certification is highly desirable!

JIRA Service Desk Experience is highly desirable!

* Develop and maintain a strategy for measurable delivery of efficient quality end user experience across multiple locations * Ensure service desk key performance indicators are met or exceeded * Develop staffing plans to assure that End User Computing Technicians are available during the operation support hours specified by the company * Make provisions to adjust staffing plans to accommodate scheduled and unanticipated absences by the support technicians * Coordinate incident response and resolution efforts with various IT and business teams * Maintain a lifecycle program to acquire, provision, inventory, maintain, secure, and retire IT assets * Establish strong relationships with business partners and IT team members to better develop methods for continually improving the end user computing experience * Responsible for coordinating staff assignments, estimating needed effort to complete projects or initiatives, and measuring ongoing work to accurately report status to IT leadership * Ensure that direct reports adhere to organizational and department specific policies and procedures * Develop, implement, maintain, and improve processes and procedures that support best practice and company guidelines for user access, data security, retention, and digital shredding * Assist in the review of IT expenses, contribute to budgetary planning exercises, and recommend opportunities to gain operational efficiencies * Participate in and coordinate after hours support service * Provide leadership, ongoing coaching, technical skills training, and mentoring for end user computing team members

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

* Normal office environment. * Ability to frequently sit for long periods of time. * On-call availability for non-business hours. * Ability to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen and use close vision, distant vision, and depth perception. * Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle various computer components. * Able to move throughout facilities and working in difficult to access areas by kneeling, stooping, crawling, reaching, or other movements * Occasional inspection and installation of cables in floors, walls, and ceilings. * Ability to occasionally walk, stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch. * Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals of at least 40 lbs.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Strong critical thinking ability, supervisory experience, and comfortable in high visibility roles * Comprehension of ITIL principles and experienced with end user computing services in a professional environment * Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, O365, Windows 10 Modern Lifecycle, Windows Deployment Services, Windows Update Services, Mobile Device Management * Capable of level 1 troubleshooting of common network communications and voice technologies issues * Experience supporting multiple endpoint types in a business environment including: PCs, Laptops, Smartphones, Tablets, phone handsets, MiFi/Jetpacks, Interactive Whiteboards, projectors, and other common audiovisual equipment * Able to type and perform common technology equipment configuration and PC/components repair * Ability to work in a team setting and frequently interact with many coworkers through both electronic means and in person

Required Education and Experience:

* Associate degree, preferably in a technology field, or verifiable equivalent industry certification * At least 3 years of relevant technology experience
