LDWholesale delivers a fast, integrated, and seamless technology-based lending experience for business partners and their customers.loanDepot We are Americas Lender.Position Summary:Our Account Executives solicit, build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers (and any other potential mortgage entity customer), representing LDW, to sell into the wholesale and correspondent mortgage marketplace within an assigned territory. Responsibilities: Presents new customers for approval to conduct business with LDWholesalePresents loan products, pricing, point of contacts, and communicates how LDW does business to prospective and existing customersSpeaks, corresponds and visits accounts on a daily basis to ensure their upmost satisfactionTrains mortgage brokers and banker partners on loan submission and fulfillment processSets expectations to clients on fully understanding the loan process including submission, processing, underwriting, closing and fundingManages sales pipeline and closing ratios at levels determined by LDW leadershipAssists in resolving customer issues & educates customer about the escalation processCommunicates and interacts with loan fulfillment centers as necessary to ensure desired production resultsManages customer performanceParticipates in the training of other associates as neededRequirements:Minimum of 1+ years proven and progressive wholesale mortgage lending sales experience preferredAbility to conduct and attend web meetings and conference calls including presentationsBasic knowledge & understanding of local, state and federal lending laws including TILA,RESPA, HMDA, AIR, NMLS & QMIntermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel & PowerPoint programsComfortable working CRM technology and social/business network site- Facebook, Twitter, & LinkedInAbility to attend trade shows & seminars as needed, travelling approximately 5-10% of the timeMust have a valid drivers license, as well as reliable transportationCollege Degree preferred, but not required with proven mortgage experienceWhy work for #teamloanDepot: Aggressive earning potential and 401K with robust company match Inclusive, diverse and collaborative culture where people from all backgrounds can thrive Work with other passionate, purposeful and customer-centric people Extensive internal growth and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement Comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision Wellness program to support both mental and physical health Generous paid time off for both exempt and non-exempt positions We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
