The Role Are you a passionate hands-on tech problem solver? Join our team of Customer Support Specialists. You will provide over-the-top quality technical support with the goal of delivering excellence in customer satisfaction. A successful CS Support Specialist is a master of Uneekor product knowledge, repairing devices, and making customers' day wonderful. Candidates must be passionate about technology, possess patience and compassion, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Provide email and over-the-phone technical support to customers and troubleshoot or escalate issues as appropriate and in a timely manner ensuring clear and effective communication
    • Evaluate returned units for types of damage and issues and repair
    • Being the first point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance.
    • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of trouble issues as you grow your knowledge of procedures, products, and services.
    • Use performance reporting and user analysis to identify appropriate user training initiatives to ensure the highest levels of knowledge and adoption of technology in relation to the software and systems that Uneekor utilizes.
    • Act as a stakeholder for driving enhancements and improving support for all employees.
      • Ability to provide engaging, informative, well-organized evidential feedback where required.
      • Provide customer service expertise that is an example to the rest of your team in how to deliver customer-focused service and constantly drive improvements in the ‘customer experience'.
      • Other duties as assigned to achieve customer satisfaction For you to be successful you should have:
        • Excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
        • Excellent customer support mindset focusing on delivering a complete service
        • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
        • Ability to Maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.

          • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
          • Golf knowledge a plus Education and Experience:
            • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role in either a corporate or retail environment.
            • 3+ years of experience in support and troubleshooting Windows (Windows 10 or above)
            • 3+ years of experience with setup and configuration of end-user desktop and laptop computer hardware, software
            • Experience in new product/service releases and stay at the forefront of emerging industry practices.
              • Experience in Audio, Visual, Projection with troubleshooting and fine-tuning outputs a plus Benefits:
