Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our growing team. Successful candidates will quickly become a key member of the team, provide outstanding executive support to our team. The Executive Assistant will work together with the admin team and be a key partner in understanding and executing against priorities and goals. Strategic thinker with sound business judgment and a proven ability to be proactive at all levels is essential for this role. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative functions as required, including:
• Managing daily schedule; adapting as needed and effectively communicating changes to all parties.
• Prioritize workflow and schedule, by planning out and directly supporting with task completion
• Organize all aspects of complex domestic and international travel; professional and personal.
• Manage personal appointments, meetings, reservations and errands
• Coordinate IR events, dinners, etc.
• Maintain relationship database on CRM.
• Track follow up meetings.Requirements:
  • A 4-year bachelors degree is required.
  • Legal and/or Investor Relations experience preferred.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
  • Sales Force experience is preferred.
  • High IQ and analytical thinking.
