Apply Now Position Summary The Customer Success Specialist supports
ICU Medical's efforts to improve cash collection cycle time by
developing and eventually automating front end processes. This
customer-facing role will be focused on improving efficiency and
effectiveness of collection efforts focused on recurring
non-product revenues (software and service). Essential Duties &
Responsibilities * Responsible for designing processes focused on
obtaining purchase orders from customers in advance of billing. *
Will lead the build and maintenance of a database of contracted
software and services, historical, and prospective billings and key
customer contacts. * Liase with external and internal customers to
ensure customer purchase order processes are synced with ICU
Medical internal invoicing and collection efforts. * Establish
processes to monitor contract amendments and annual price
escalators impacting related product billings and reconcile to the
NPR database. * Subject matter expert for ICU Medical's software
and service contracts and billing efforts and customer order
processes. * Own software and services billing relationship with
customer * Establish and report on related KPI's. * Develop,
improve, and support automation of related processes. * Work
cross-functionally with Contracting, Customer Care, Sales, and
Sales Operations to achieve goals. Knowledge & Skills * Data
consolidation and management skills. * Strong verbal and written
communication skills for application with external (customer-facing
elements) and internal stakeholders. * High proficiency with
Microsoft Excel. * A well-organized and self-directed individual
who is able to own their responsibilities and processes and work
with minimal amount of supervision. * Ability to design, implement,
and sustain effective processes. * Attention to detail. Minimum
Qualifications, Education & Experience * Must be at least 18 years
of age * High School Diploma required * Bachelors degree from an
accredited collete or university is required * 2 years working with
medical products or related industry (preferred). * Prior
experience working with software, service, or installment revenue
models is preferred. Work Environment * This is largely a sedentary
role. * This job operates in a professional office environment and
routinely uses standard office equipment. * Typically requires
travel less than 5% of the time ICU Medical is an Affirmative
