Position Description
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for working within
the framework of a team performing the following activities:
* Perform material handling operations in a clean room and
non-clean room manufacturing or warehouse environment
* Pick parts for production or engineering builds as per shop
orders or transfer orders
* Move parts to appropriate plants and distributing parts to the
corresponding production lines
* Read and understand engineering drawings, shop order operations
and sequences
* Keep parts segregated by part number and lot number for
traceability as required by SOP's and QSR's
* Review shop order operation for the accuracy of the quantity and
sign off signature and perform administrative duties associate with
each order
* Pick product from Transfer orders
* Perform bin audits
* Cycle count product
* Receive in Production and Non-Production type of goods
Position Requirements
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
* High School education or equivalent experience
* Must read, write and speak in English
* Ability to work on a modified working schedule
* Strong understanding of team concepts and a willingness to work
with others
* Ability to work with little supervision
* Ability to work in a clean room and non-clean room environment as
well as a warehouse environment
* Ability to work with chemicals such as Isopropyl alcohol and
plastic products
* Experience with computers and computer software
* Knowledge of good documentation practices
* Data entry and computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft
Excel
Preferred
The following skills and attributes are preferred:
* Forklift experience and certification
* Experience in warehouse operations in a manufacturing company
Benefits
The base compensation for this role is $16 / hour for the position
in California. Actual compensation packages are based on several
factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not
limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and
specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum
and maximum target for new hire salaries in California based on the
date of this job posting. Your recruiter can share more about the
specific salary range compensation package during your hiring
process.

compensation once such amount is earned and determinable. The
