Why Work with Us: A rewarding opportunity to improve the lives of 2nd-12th grade students Consistent, flexible part-time hours after school and on weekends A fun, supportive, and encouraging work culture Opportunities for advancement Continuous training on effective teaching methodologies All necessary curriculum and instructional tools Job Responsibilities: Tutor students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using Mathnasium teaching practices Work collaboratively with the team to provide individualized instruction in group settings Assess students progress and engagement Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes Qualifications: Passion for math and working with students Excellent interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and be trained Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I Pass a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
