As a Customer Equipment Specialist supporting the Customer Service Group, you will be acquiring and processing transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives in Lake Forest, California. In this role, a typical day will include:Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entering and maintaining database records of customer profiles in addition to preparing/maintaining status reports while maintaining knowledge of company products and customer service processes
• Conduct post-sale technical and/or non-technical customer service and support across multiple sub-families for business and/or end-consumer customers
• Provide customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text messaging in response to a high volume of low complexity inquiries
• Build customer issues analysis and resolution to a lower volume of higher complexity inquiries
• Act as liaison between customers, production, and distribution departmentsrelated to specific customer ordersKey Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
