Job Overview: Primoris Services Corporation is searching for a temporary Fleet Asset Coordinator. The Fleet Asset Coordinator will assist the Fleet Asset Manager with the processing of documentation for the acquisition and remarketing of company owned fleet assets. Key Responsibilities: * Assist Fleet Asset Manager with the processing of documentation for the acquisition and remarketing of company owned fleet assets. * Correspond with Segment Fleet Asset Administrators to maintain complete and accurate documentation. * Review documentation for accuracy and completeness. * Track and report sale proceeds of company owned fleet assets. * Prepare documentation to submit for electronic signatures. * Generate reporting as needed by fleet personnel. * Work with fleet personnel and other departments as necessary. * Other job related duties as necessary or assigned. Basic Qualifications: * Ability to provide administrative support with speed and accuracy. * High attention to detail. * Ability to work independently. * Excellent communication skills (written/verbal). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office. * Experience with Adobe Acrobat. * Experience with database management a plus. * Experience in construction industry a plus.
