Description:Entry Level Chemist opportunity with an emphasis on Environmental TestingConduct daily routine analysis of Indoor air and Soil gas samples by EPA methodsAll recorded data from testing will be entered into a Lab Management system (LIMS)Perform routine maintenance and calibration on GCMS EquipmentSkills:gcms, epa method, Laboratory, Analytical chemistry, Titration, Quality control, Data entry, AnalyticTop Skills Details:gcms,epa method,Laboratory,Analytical chemistryAdditional Skills & Qualifications:BS degree in chemistry or similar field6 months - 1 year experience within an environmental lab preferably At least 6 months of experience or exposure to GCMSVerbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.Basic knowledge of the chemical composition, structure and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo.Basic ability to analyze data and accurately document and record results.Experience Level:Intermediate Level About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
