Empower customers with access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses as a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist.

As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will learn the lending and servicing business, allowing you to grow your career. You will work with customers to understand their needs and provide financial solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations
  
• Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones, working with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
  
• Present financial solutions based on customer needs that meet their goals
  
• Present customers with optional insurance products
  
• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
  
• Partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers
  
• Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
  
• Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations
  
  
  Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
    
  • Bilingual - Spanish
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
      
      
      The target base salary range is $18.00-$22.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
      
      This role is a full-time position with a standard business hours schedule, with some extended hours during the week as needed.
