Product Outgoing Inspector

parallel electronic test systems that includes System Level Test
(SLT), burn-in and semiconductor/module tests. ATS has an exciting
line of high-performance test systems that support the
semiconductor industry around the world.
Advantest Test Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is looking for a Quality
Inspector to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. This individual will
be conducting visual, production history(traveler) based
inspections on assembled systems that contain PCA (Printed circuit
board assembly) based modular assembly, metal frames, harnesses,
Power supplies, thermal units, mechanical parts, and safety
features/structures to accept the shipment to our customer at the
end of production step. This role includes accessing a production
management data system to reference work instructions and record
the inspection results. The role is very important to ensure
quality of our products within a short production lead time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Inspection on complete product system
Quality inspections on assembled system that contains PCA (Printed
circuit board assembly) based modular assembly, metal frames,
harnesses, Power supplies, thermal units, mechanical parts, and
safety features/structure.
Following inspection instructions made by line lead.
Accessing production data tool to refer the instructions and record
your inspection results correctly.
Understand standard processes that you are assigned to follow
them.
Take training assigned by line leader.
Follows 5S, ESD control policy.
All other duties as required and as assigned.
