Job Description:
A company is looking for a Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Data Scientist.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced NLP algorithms and models for workforce
intelligence applications
Analyze and preprocess large-scale multilingual text data for
modeling and applications
Conduct experimentation and validation of NLP models to improve
performance and reliability
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine
Learning, AI, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in NLP, machine learning, or
applied data science
Solid foundation in NLP, including transformer-based models and
knowledge graphs
Proficient in Python and familiar with NLP libraries and tools like
Hugging Face Transformers
Experience with GPU acceleration and distributed training for
scalable NLP solutions
