Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Verification
Representative to work remotely in the Tri-County Area.
Key Responsibilities
Complete accounts in a timely manner to support patient
satisfaction and authorization activities
Verify eligibility and benefits through various sources and update
insurance information in the system
Assist patients and healthcare staff with insurance-related
inquiries and ensure effective communication regarding
authorizations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in insurance
verification
Computer literate, with experience in EPIC scheduling and
registration preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance authorization and referral
guidelines
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in stressful
situations
