Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical EMR Systems & Integration
Specialist (PT/OT/SLP or PTA/COTA).
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and solutions to users of the EMR system
Collaborate with the EMR team to stay informed on system
updates
Monitor and audit EMR usage during new partnerships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One year of experience with Raintree preferred
Customer service oriented with support knowledge
One year of clinical experience (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP
preferred)
Able to adapt to teammates with varying skill levels
Strong problem-solving abilities
