Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Representative (Mortgage
Operations).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of up to 30 clients
Communicate with clients regularly, adhering to specific
communication SLAs
Review documentation and handle withdraw/cancellation requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Mortgage, preferably in
origination or correspondent lending
Strong working knowledge of Encompass
Client service focus with loan quality and risk management
experience
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
