Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Processor responsible for
ensuring quality customer service and documentation for loan
underwriting.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze borrower documentation for loan submission to
underwriting
Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required
documentation
Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain
necessary information and documentation
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
Excellent math and analytical skills
