Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hybrid Processor to handle data entry
and processing of insurance documentation remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Perform timely and accurate data entry of insurance documents to
meet loan requirements
Provide customer service by answering calls and assisting customers
and agents with insurance documentation
Participate in training sessions and adhere to daily processing
goals and schedules
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred experience in Property and Casualty insurance or
insurance agency (1 year)
Preferred call center experience (1 year)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
