Job Description:
A company is looking for a Launch Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain the execution and improvement of the onboarding
process for new financial advisors
Establish relationships with new financial advisors and provide
ongoing support and coaching throughout their first six months
Track performance metrics and provide insights and reports to
leadership regarding the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
3+ years of industry experience preferred, with a focus on sales
and coaching
Experience in organizing and prioritizing multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
systems
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflict
effectively
