Key Responsibilities
Consult with leaders to create comprehensive people plans that
align with business strategies
Provide strategic partnership and coaching to various
organizational levels
Drive talent management strategies and oversee performance review
cycles
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MA/MS/MBA
preferred
8-10+ years of People Business Partner/Senior Management
experience
5+ years of people management experience
Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and
DEIB
Demonstrated project management and change management
experience
