Job Description:
A company is looking for an Events Associate who is passionate
about creating meaningful experiences to support their mission in
healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Support logistics, planning, and production for flagship events and
executive councils
Manage invitation lists, RSVP tracking, and stakeholder
communications for events
Assist in agenda development for executive councils, including
research on trends and speakers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or
equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in event planning, production, or project
management
Deep understanding of event logistics and best practices
Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing marketing
performance and ROI
Experience in healthcare or tech is a plus
