Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Deal Desk Operations
Associate, PEO.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day PEO deal operations and ensure accurate
execution of manual tasks
Collaborate with PEO Solution Consultants and Sales to enhance deal
processes and documentation
Manage operational workflows for RFP coordination, spend tracking,
and Workers' Comp submissions
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Operations, Implementation Support, or
related roles
Familiarity with PEO, benefits, HR tech, or payroll operations is a
plus
Experience with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Google Workspace
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data
analysis
Background in managing RFP workflows or compliance-sensitive
deliverables
