A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow System
Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operations and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms for
government clients
Provide consultation on best practices for support, including
ticketing and disaster recovery
Identify opportunities for improvement and modernize the ServiceNow
platform
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience with ServiceNow maintenance and
administration
Experience in managing and teaching teams of software
administrators
Experience with Agile Scrum development methods
Bachelor's degree
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
