Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor to provide
administrative support in student services through advising and
coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Service assigned students with scheduling, course management, and
study skills support
Provide coaching on professionalism and uphold academic integrity
standards
Monitor at-risk students and implement proactive outreach to
encourage academic success
Required Qualifications
Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in a relatable field; higher education
experience preferred
Knowledge of university policies and procedures
Ability to understand and comply with FERPA regulations
Experience with student information systems for documentation
