Job Description:
A company is looking for a CPU Core Unit Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Define and develop microarchitecture specifications for the
assigned unit, including verification and PPA analysis
Ensure the quality of RTL design, including verification and
optimization for PPA closure
Utilize AI tools to enhance the CPU design process and mentor
junior engineers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in designing high-performance CPU RTL
Deep understanding of design verification strategies and CPU
microarchitecture trade-offs
Basic understanding of RISC-V Architecture, including V-extension,
is preferred
Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDLs) such as
Verilog or VHDL
