Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist to manage and
support contract renewals across K-12 school districts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track upcoming contract renewals to ensure timely
processing
Serve as the primary contact for K-12 school district
administrators regarding renewals and contract modifications
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and
contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
Experience in contract renewals, account management, or sales
within education technology or SaaS
Minimum 5+ years' experience in technology implementation or client
support roles
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or NetSuite
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience dealing with large complex accounts at all levels
