Job Description:
A company is looking for an OD Business Partner (Contractor) to
lead HR operations globally.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with business
objectives, focusing on growth in emerging markets
Lead efforts to establish organizational presence in new markets,
ensuring HR practices reflect local laws and cultural dynamics
Champion change management initiatives and promote continuous
improvement within HR operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience,
focusing on global HR operations
Proven track record of driving business results through HR
strategies in transformative environments
Strong understanding of compensation planning, performance
management systems, and change management principles
Proficiency in HR technology platforms and data analytics tools
