A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provides technical support to internal users for computer
applications and hardware
Answers questions regarding system procedures and manages downtime
procedures
Collaborates with network services and software engineering to
restore service and identify problems
Required Qualifications
Experience in technical support for computer applications and
hardware
Familiarity with troubleshooting procedures and tracking logs
Ability to work in a call center environment
Knowledge of network services and software systems engineering
Relevant certifications or training in IT support is preferred
