Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan files to ensure all conditions are cleared and ready
for closing
Prepare and verify closing documents, including the Closing
Disclosure, for accuracy and compliance
Maintain a closing pipeline, ensuring timely funding and completion
of closed loan files
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of recent residential closing experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in the mortgage industry
Encompass LOS experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of FHA/VA/Agency products
