Job Description:

Looking to hire a HVAC Service Technician immediately for Residential homes throughout Orange County .Perform residential service, repair, and maintenance on Air conditioning and heating systems. Installation experience is a plus! Compensation based on experience and abilities, with the opportunity for commission pay on sales. Ideal candidates will be patient, have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills. Top priorities include customer satisfaction and safety.Responsibilities:* Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements* Perform routine preventative maintenance* Respond to emergency/service maintenance requests* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures* Must be able to use an iPad for payment and processing with consumersRequirements:* Willingness to continue education in HVAC field is a plus.* EPA Certified and NATE Certification is a plus.* Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.* Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.* Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.* Ability to work in confined spaces.* Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.* Ability to handle physical workload.* Problem solving and critical thinking skills.Compensation is based on years of experience and certifications.Job Requirements:* Close work orders as required using the work management system* Keeping vehicle in top condition* Perform diagnostic and routine maintenance* Ensure work is done properly and in a timely manner* Making sure job-sites are cleaned* Supervise or direct the work of individual technicians and/or crews of technicians of equal or lower levels
