Come join us!loanDepot We are Americas Lender.Position Summary: Responsible for working with the Servicing and Post Close groups to document business requirements for larger impacts/changes in MSP (Servicing system), vendor integrations, and process enhancements. Creates testing documentation, templates, and test scripts and leads testing efforts with Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the business. Ensures process changes/new product testing is completed, defects resolved, and processes/products are ready for launch. Interacts with IT Business Systems Analysts (BSA) as needed. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.Responsibilities: Documents business requirements in a logical user-friendly manner, ensuring process is well defined using a Business Requirements Document (BRD).Builds testing plans for Servicing system updates; stays in contact with Servicing System Administration department.Monitors, triages and troubleshoots testing, works w/ SMEs, business, and tech on any changes as needed.Engages with IT BSAs to document business requirements for technical system changes.Engages leaders for operational changes resulting from process efficiencies, origination changes, document changes, etc.Updates logs/documentation to record testing results.Performs other duties and projects as assigned.Requirements: Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.Ability to work with all levels of management, providing consultation and advice as needed.Ability to adapt to changes in process, scope and timeline.Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.Effective organizational and time management skills.Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments.Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis.Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
