Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatcher I for the 2nd Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from members seeking updates for their AAA
Roadside assistance
Communicate with service providers to relay necessary information
for timely assistance
Monitor and document the progression of roadside assistance
requests and resolve service issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of Dispatching or Call Center experience
Salesforce experience preferred
Ability to work overtime and on holidays as needed
Stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection required
