Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Analyst 2, Zero Balance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and research accounts for potential payer underpayments and
adjust workflow accordingly
Mentor and assist with onboarding new Revenue Analysts and
coordinate training sessions
Manage multiple internal projects while collaborating with team
members to meet deadlines and goals
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience
preferred
Knowledge of the Revenue Cycle industry and experience with
hospital claims and payer contracts
Experience communicating with insurance companies and writing
complex appeals for underpayments
Ability to conduct research through various channels and navigate
hospital systems
Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate with a
team
