Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Data Analyst who will support
business growth through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions
using people data
Conduct custom analyses to inform people and talent strategy and
ensure data integrity
Assist with audits, invoice reconciliation, and provide ad-hoc
reports to leadership
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a
related field
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in benefits
and data analytics
3+ years of experience in data modeling for compensation and
benefits
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and
Workday
Experience presenting findings to stakeholders
