We are rapidly expanding in the Orange County area and have immediate openings in our Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo and Dana Point. Applicants must be willing to challenge themselves, be enthusiastic, be highly motivated and have a professional appearance and attitude. Full or part time, and must be able to work some evenings and weekends. We are especially interested in candidates who are looking to future leaders/managers of our organization If interested, we have a Management Training Program for all levels of management for candites with even NO EXPERIENCE. Requirements: "Whatever it takes" attitude Self - Starter Personable Able to communicate effectively and think critically when problem solving Professional image Duties: Presenting and SELLING the Wellness program- This is a SALES POSITION this is NOT a reception position Scheduling appointments while paying attention to detail and up-selling services Forming relationships and providing excellent service to our members and guests Assist in maintaining impeccable spa environment throughout clinic Handling escalated customer service issues to retain members and guests Assist in retail sales We offer: No experience necessary, we want to help you grow 5 free services a year and employee discounts on massages, facials, chemical treatments, microderm infusion and prestige skincare retail Constant opportunities for personal growth and development 30% off all retail and services Starting Pay is $13 per hour Commission on Membership Sales (Monthly membership commissions can be earned up $400) We also have positions available for Assistant Managers, Managers, Estheticians and Massage Therapists.
