Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Healthcare Agent with
medical insurance sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer and manage
approximately 150-200 calls a day
Maintain a conversion rate of 20-35% based on call volume
Assist members in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs
while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Active Licensed Healthcare Agent within the state of residence
Minimum of 1 year of Medicare Sales experience
Experience in a high sales-driven and performance-driven
environment
Desire to grow and stay with the company
Ability to work on camera during training sessions
