Client Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting client
relationships. Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned
clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Understanding
client needs and objectives to recommend appropriate solutions and
services. Collaborating with fellow Client Account Managers and
other internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of
solutions according to client needs. Preparing and delivering
regular client reports, performance reviews, and presentations.
Identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling
additional services. Negotiating contracts and agreements with
clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms. Resolving client
issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. We
need our Client Account Manager to possess these qualities: A
Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related discipline is a plus
At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a
related field At least 1 year of prior experience as a Client
Account Manager (highly preferred) Excellent communication skills
Strong at multi-tasking and problem solving Available for flexible
work hours, including evenings and weekends. Proven track record of
relationship building
