Job Details Job Details: We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in the Cosmetics Manufacturing industry. This is a position, offering a unique opportunity to influence and shape the quality standards of our diverse product range. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing all quality assurance activities, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a professional with a strong background in Quality Assurance, who is passionate about continuous improvement and has a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: 1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in our products. 2. Manage and coordinate with internal teams to identify any issues or defects, initiate corrective actions, and monitor the results. 3. Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. 4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. 5. Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure the quality of raw materials and components. 6. Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into product design and manufacturing processes. 7. Monitor and analyze key quality metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management. 8. Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in quality assurance, and recommend changes or enhancements to our current practices. 9. Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 10. Train and mentor staff on quality control and assurance procedures and standards. Qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the Cosmetics Manufacturing industry. 3. Proven experience in managing and leading a Quality Assurance team. 4. In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, and techniques. 5. Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements in the Cosmetics Manufacturing industry. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 7. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 9. Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools. 10. A commitment to excellence and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality.
