Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide resources and guidance for customers throughout the bill
negotiation process
Manage high-level customer escalations and team performance
management
Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures and
training documentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or relevant
role
Experience in a leadership role
Experience in a B2C technology company is preferred
Experience with design processes and implementation for technology
products is preferred
