Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Bilingual Medicare Sales &
Retention Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to
ensure customer satisfaction and guide them through plan
benefits
Assist clients in enrolling in Medicare insurance products during
peak times
Serve as a consumer advocate to help clients maximize savings and
understand SelectQuote's product offerings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Fluent in both English and Spanish (writing, reading, and
speaking)
High school diploma or GED required
Accident & Health resident insurance license required by a
specified deadline
Recent insurance, call center, or work-from-home experience
required
Ability to complete AHIP and additional onboarding requirements by
a given deadline
