Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Tech.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Help Desk tickets and ensure incidents are resolved
according to SLAs
Provide customer assistance through various communication channels
and document interactions
Troubleshoot end user desktop/hardware, operating system, and
application issues
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate degree preferred or 1-2 years of equivalent work
experience in computer technology
CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent work experience
preferred
1-2 years of experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems
and applications preferred
1-2 years of experience in help desk roles required
Exceptional focus on customer service required
