Matter Professional.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct an internal audit of the Client Global Culinary program
Utilize expertise in food safety and handling to ensure compliance
with industry best practices
Collaborate with the client to assess and improve food safety
measures in a corporate cafeteria setting
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
15+ years of industry experience in food safety and handling
Current working knowledge of industry best practices related to
food safety
Relevant certification such as ServSafe Food Handler Certification,
CFPM Certificate, or ISO 22000
Experience working with or at a large corporate cafeteria
